"What kind of events do you do?"

LGT Shaved Ice can come to nearly anything between the months of May and August. We have done everything from birthday parties & weddings to 4th of July celebrations & Customer Appreciation days. No idea is too crazy!

"How can I find out where you are set up?"

Because we don't have a set schedule, your best bet is to follow us on social media - we always post when we will be open next!

"How far do you travel?"

Our home base is in West Point, NE, and we operate within a 60 mile radius of here. With a camper as old as ours and ice that needs to stay cold, any further than 60 miles makes things very difficult!

PRICING

"How much does it cost to book you?"

Much of the cost depends on the size/distance of your event.

We have a standard $300 booking fee - this covers our cost of goods, travel, employee pay - which includes your event booking fee + the first $150 worth of shaved ice. Any shaved ice sold after the first $150 is added on to the total at the end.

"How do you handle large events?"

For any private events with numbers over 30, we do require that we serve all smalls to keep things moving quickly! We are fine with customers coming back for seconds as long as you are!

"Does it cost to get you to set up in our town?"

If you are wanting us to travel to your town for an evening (and not for a private event), we usually only require a spot to park and plug in - no other charges.

Some towns do require a peddler's permit, so we may ask for you to cover that fee, but it is usually relatively small!
